BUILD OR REMODEL YOUR GREEN HOME
- WHAT IS SIP
Structural insulated panel are engineered building material that consist of a form core insulation sandwiched in between two pieces
of OSB (oriented strand board). The foam core provide shear strength while the exterior OSB provide tensile and compressive strength. This product
is mainly used for building interior and exterior walls.
Solar energy is energy directly from the sun. These technologies date from the time of the early Greeks, Native Americans and Chinese, who
warm their building by orienting them toward the sun. Modern solar technologies provide heating, lighting, electricity by installing solar panels
on homes and business roof usually facing south to collect energy from the sun and converting it into electric through inverters.
- GEOTHERMAL HEATING AND COOLING
The word Geothermal come from the GREEK words Geo (earth) and Therme (heat). Geothermal energy is heat from the earth within the earth.
Geothermal energy is renewable energy source because the water is replenished by rain fall, the heat is continuously produce inside the earth.
Geothermal heating and cooling systems move the heat from the ground into your home using the same technology your refrigerator uses to
remove heat from food.
- TANKLESS WATER HEATERS
Tankless water heaters work in demand, They only heat water when necessary. When a hot water fixture is opened or hot water is required
by an appliance, the heater will sense the demand and heat water accordingly. Instead of wasting energy and money storing hot water
when it is not needed, tankless water heaters provide only as much hot water as needed.
- SPRAY FOAM INSULATION
The major application for SPF (Spray Polyurethane foam) is in the construction industry as a commercial roofing system and perimeter
wall insulation material . Use of SPF for wall insulation in the residential housing sector is a rapidly growing market, due to the many
energy saving and air/moisture barrier advantages over traditional fiberglass and cellulose insulation systems.
This product is manufactured using the most environmentally friendly blowing agents and fire-retardant chemicals available today
and does not contain formaldehyde.
- RADIANT HEATED FLOORS
Floor heating systems consist of a teflon insulated copper alloy resistance heating element sewn to a fiberglass mesh backing. The heating
element is evenly spaced in 2″ serpentine loops. It also delivers a faster, more even distribution of heat for improved homeowner comfort.
The entire system is less than 1/8″ thick allowing it to be easily installed under tile and stone without greatly affecting the floor height.
